Mohammed holds a veterinary degree from the University Ibn Khaldun of Tiaret, Algeria, followed by a master’s in Toxicology and Food Safety from the veterinary school of Toulouse, France, and a PhD in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Angers, France. He has conducted research at institutions such as INRA and INSERM in France focusing on mycotoxins, intestinal health, mitochondrial disorders, and oxidative stress. In 2015, he entered the private research sector, working for Nor Feed and Ajinomoto Animal Nutrition Europe. Since 2019, Mohammed lead the R&D team at Nor Feed, concentrating on plant-based solutions for animal health and nutrition.
