ACCRO – nxtfood Louise Ribéreau-Gayon is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at ACCRO (Nxtfood group), a French plant-based alternatives brand and industrial player created in 2019 in the North of France.
Prior to this experience, Louise was a strategy consultant in Paris and spent a sabbatical year in 2023 dedicated to food transition and alternative proteins.
