José M Cobo is Senior Manager Partner of InsideFood. InsideFood is a Nutrition Science Consultancy to manage, develop, align and communicate relevant scientific and regulatory materials to support Food Company’s marketing challenges, as well as the innovation and R&D activities. José M Cobo has served as Professor in Nutrition at Pharmacy School in Madrid-Spain, for 12 years. After the Academic period and during last 15 years he was Corporate director of health affairs for Danone, subsequently European Nutrition Science Director at the Coca-Cola Company and Managing Director of Reimagine Food. In this last position, he brought together food/nutrition start-ups, top minds, major food/beverage/science companies and investors, bridging the gap between those groups and emerging, disruptive technology. Also from 2011, he leads an NGO to promote global communication tools in the prevention of obesity in children. From 2015 he leads different innovations projects focus in business development and supporting Tech transfer Funds and a Food Venture builders.
