Cosucra Heidi is R&D Director at COSUCRA, Belgian producer of natural ingredients from chicory roots (inulin, oligofructose) and yellow peas (protein isolates, fibres, starch).
She holds a PhD in Applied Biological Sciences (KU Leuven) and developed expertise over the last 25 years in R&D, Health & Nutrition science, Regulatory Affairs, IP and Quality.
