After obtaining my PhD in 2016 on glucose transport in broiler chicken muscle at INRAE, I continued with several postdoctoral positions at INSERM and INRAE, focusing on the use of algae to improve health and well-being in livestock species, especially in chickens. In 2021, I joined the Centre Mondial de l’Innovation Roullier as a Project Manager for Monogastrics subjects. Since 2023, I have held the position of Animal Nutrition Innovation Manager, where I lead a team of researchers dedicated improve feed efficiency, health, and well-being in livestock. We have the objectives to understand animal inner mechanisms, share this knowledge, develop and deliver breakthrough products on the market.
