The Lesaffre Campus is a wonderful tool for innovation. 60% of its surface area is dedicated to research laboratories and industrial pilots housing the teams of the Lesaffre Institute of Science & Technology (LIST), which is organised around 7 Centres of Excellence: MicroOrganismS, BioEngineering, Fermentation Process Design, DownStream Process Design, Analytical Science & Discovery, Nutrition Microbiota & Health and Baking Science & Nutrition.

  Euralimentaire has vocation to boost the creation of start up and jobs in the foodtech sector. Euralimentaire supports young entrepreneurs in launching their innovative startup and helps to define the key themes while being more respectful of citizens’ health.
