With its 17 research teams and 640 researchers, the Carnot AgriFood Transition contributes through its interdisciplinary research to the development of sustainable food value chains. It is aimed at companies of all sizes, in the agricultural, aquaculture and agri-food sectors, to help them speed up their innovation projects and turn them into reality, through research contracts or any other R&D support scheme.
