Joachim K. Fredholm is the CEO and founder of the Copenhagen based startup Kitchenswaps, the first shared economy platform for commercial kitchen space. The platform enables commercial kitchens to rent out their vacant space to various food entrepreneurs and businesses looking for a more flexible, convenient and cost-efficient way of running their business. His past experience working for Nestlé in New York and Silicon Valley has aided him in creating new disruptive business models within the food sector; with the core aim of promoting and enabling public access to culinary innovation. Joachim holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Lund University.
