The tension reached peaks, they’ve been waiting for weeks, but finally, the nominees got to know the results on the afternoon of June 17th.
The University of Foggia won the best innovative process for a detoxification method of gluten proteins of wheat grain in a category where Biolie was presenting an enzymatic extraction technique in aqueous phase and Antofénol was presenting a vegetal eco-extraction method.
Presenting for best innovative product, Do Eat got awarded for creating edible verrines extracted from potatoes. This award was also coveted by Jungbunzlauer, presenting for Erylite Erythritol, a sugar replacer and by Diana Food, presenting Eyesee, an eye health ingredient extracted from carrots.
Both representative of our sponsors Nutrikéo and Seventure Partners were present to hand out the awards themselves to the winners : the University of Foggia got rewarded by 20 hours of consultancy by Seventure Partners, and Do Eat got rewarded by 20 hours by Nutrikéo.
