Scientific conference bringing together researchers from academy and industry, CBL aims to present and discuss recent advances in the field of lactic acid bacteria. Only “non-formal and self-organized” symposium on LAB Science & Research, it allows young researchers, doctoral and post-doctoral students to present their work through posters, oral presentations and panel discussions.
The 20th edition of the CBL is organized by members of the Regional Research Laboratory in agribusiness and biotechnology: Charles Viollette Institute, in collaboration with the Food Science Department of the University of Liege (Belgium).
